Bridge STEM will provide volunteers with round-trip transportation subsidies, accommodation, and basic living expenses. Teaching materials and equipment are provided by the project. Volunteers are responsible for their own insurance and other additional expenses.
How to prepare for altitude sickness?

"Teaching in Tibet was the most rewarding experience of my life. The students' enthusiasm for learning and the breathtaking landscape made every day special. I'm still in touch with many of my students and am amazed at their progress."

Lydia Chen

"As a photographer, Tibet offered incredible visual opportunities, but what I didn't expect was how much I would learn from the students. Their perspective on science and their creative approaches to problem-solving gave me new insights into my own work."
